Four Seasons just detailed my 2004 car, and i am BLOWN away at how awesome my car looks. The amount of work that they did, the tiny hard to reach areas, my rugs look new! The scratches and dings, Wow!
Seriously blown away picking my car up. I admit i was a bit embarrassed dropping my car off, never having it detailed, and upon picking it up, i was greeted with the nicest people who were as excited as i was at how great my car looked. Splurge on the detailing, im telling you, WOW! What a fantastic job and crew. The BEST!!!!!
I have a big, hairy dog that I transport in my car all the time. Needless to say the car gets pretty dirty. These guys did a "super clean" service on my car and it looks and smells fabulous! Thanks Four Seasons! Your team did a super job!!
I just came from your car wash and spent $17. with a $3 tip.
I am disappointed. Poor interior job all four corners of the
windshield left dirty and smeared. lots of crumbs on both front seats
and carpets. There was only one other car while I was there
so there was plenty of time to do it right. The outside crew in the
back spent may be 2 min. finishing the job. I guess I'll go finish
the job myself. I paid in cash and was not given a receipt.
This place is a rip off! I paid $17. Guy asked me if I wanted inside done... yes absolutely I said! They did absolutely nothing! When I spoke to manager his reply was ... we lightly vacuum! $17 for that? I won't be back!
Today was my first time at the Four Seasons Car Wash in Doylestown and unfortunately my last.
The manager, Patrice, is the reason for my negative experience.
This was my first time at the location and I accidently pulled into the back. The manager, Patrice, came outside screaming at me and gave me much attitude.
From the moment I entered the office to pay, she was so impolite and aggresive. While I was waiting for my car outside she actually had the audacity to come outside and yell at me, again. I was completely baffled by the experience and left. I called back when I got home to explain that I was upset with my experience and Patrice actually yelled at me again and hung up on me.
It's a shame because I was satisfied with how my car turned out and the men working there were very kind.
I took my 17-year old Subaru in for a full inside-outside cleaning/detailing. I was shocked and amazed at how well my car looked. I was thrilled with their service. I highly recommend using them. I had used their services once before for just outside detailing, and they had done an excellent job. That's why I went back.
Terrible customer service, rude, unfriendly ( specially the owners ) no wonders the place is going down hill.
So many friends won't go there anymore because of that!-
Feel bad for the people who work there.
Will never be back.
Sloppy job, more than usual! Carpets seemed if not swept, windows, interior and exterior were a mass of smears, wheels not completely cleaned, and all this for 25 dollars. I came home and finished the job. NEVER to return!!!!!!
I've been coming here for years- Doylestown location. I have a brand new car with 350 miles on it. it had a bit of dirt on the carpet/mats on the drivers side, and some rain/ dust. When I left your facility, none of the dirt inside was vacuumed out, and the outside ha MORE rain spots than when I too it in. The woman in the car in front of me also was very unhappy and made a scene. I just saw my car, shrugged, and left. Don't waste your time and money. I certainly won't.
